Didn't dare to shower without slippers. . Pretty run-down already.
-
Location
Stairs, no lift....not good for lugging baggage to second floor
-
Location
The room obviously had not been used for awhile. Dusty and fly in bedding. Single beds had sheets that were very threadbare. Paid nearly $200 for the room which in my opinion was worth half that.
-
location
Air conditioning was not adjustable and we froze all night. There were holes in the bath towels. Milk in the fridge had not expired but still tasted "off" .... no mini bar or bottles of water ... we are Best Western platinum members and this was a less than acceptable stay.

Location
Twelve dollars extra if you want WiFi.

Location

Close to airport
Terrible decor Decrepit, rundown building
-
One of the closest to the Portside at Hamilton. Perfect place to stay at if getting on a cruise ship. Also close to airport. Motel offers shuttle service to Airport at $10 per head.Good Breakfast
Only issue is that bags need to be dragged up flight of stairs if room is on first floor, no available lift service.

Very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff.Had a very nice supper in the cafe, great service.Rooms were very clean & stocked well for our needs.Highly recommended.
-
The dining room staff fitted us in for dinner even though we were late in arriving from the airport, which meant we did not have to go out again to search for another place to eat. .The food was very nice too.
There was some pipe hammer in the plumbing which was a little annoying.

The young german receptionist when I arrived in Feb. for my 1st stay.
The evening meal wasn't great Also carrying bags up thestairs.
-
It ia in a convenient location for early access of airline flights. Also convenient is the long stay car parking facilitiy.I also found all the staff genuinely friendly.
-
The staff were very helpful. We had what we needed for the time we were there. We were going on a cruise ship and you are in walking distance to the ship which was lovely. The staff allowed us to bring our bags back after the cruise as we had 12 hrs to kill and pick them back up before going to the airport. Everyone one was lovely.
The air conditioning hadn't been turned on when we arrived and it was very late so it was quite hot in our room to go to sleep at first.
-
The friendly reception lady and the proximity to where I needed to go.
I found the hotel just fine, except (as I was coming from the airport) I had to drive passed the hotel about 1 kilometre and do a U turn and come back as there is an island dividing the road.
-
i chose it becuase it was close to bretts warf and easy to get too.
i thought it said western but then had a Sombrero and mexican colours on a board in the dining area. Thats not a negetive thing, just a bit confusing.
